A little about me
Welcome! I’m Erica, a qualified Life Coach, NLP Licensed Practitioner, and Walk and Talk Therapist. I am also a dedicated personal and workplace wellbeing tutor, delivering courses on Mental Health Awareness, Suicide Awareness, Stress Management, Men’s Mental Health, the 7 Self Care Principles to Build Resilience, and Managing Mental Health in the Workplace for Managers.
With over 30 years’ experience in guidance, employment, and education, I have worked within communities, businesses, additionally, for the last eleven years, within HMP secure estates supporting people involved with the Criminal Justice System. My passion is helping individuals and organisations achieve lasting wellbeing and resilience.
For my own wellbeing I walk in the hills and enjoy green spaces, I love wild swimming, paddle boarding, waterfall chasing and the benefits of cold water therapy. I also practice what I preach and keep a Journal and Gratitude log daily.
I also run a women’s only walking group - Wandering Goose Wild Women, connecting women with the great outdoors for positive mental health.
