A 6 week tailored package of Journaling Prompts and guidance to support emotional intelligence, regulation, for goal setting and reflection.
We offer a full days Safe Space Chat within your workplace for your employees to explore what is on their mind for mental wellbeing. These 45 minute confidential sessions can be booked via our booking app.
